Battle of Faith

I was visted by jahova whitnesses today, and like always i was intereasted to hear what they had to say, and they were discussing how nice it would be if I could know god for who he is. That got me thinking, and I started thinking and going back though all of my experiances, I know god at least to me i know god. But nomatter what or how i explained my relationship with god, they spoke to me as if i was ignorant becuase i was not a follower of thier faith. Now when has it become a battle types of christiananity. Why cant you just be christian? Just becuase you dont believe exactly the same. What has become of us, cant people find god thier own way, dont people put enough trust in god knowing how to reach people, or better yet why cant we help people find god in a way they would know best. Write back cause i would really like to hear and learn from this one,
